How long do repairs take?
Current turnaround is generally between 4-5 weekdays depending on workload and the repair required.
Does the repair include return shipping?
Your bat is returned to your door. Return shipping is paid at checkout and we handle all the logistics to get your bat back to you safely. You will need to get the bat to us - wrap it in bubble wrap and/or pop it in a box and take it to the post office with our address - 8 Brodie Street Rydalmere 2116 NSW Australia

What is included in the Full Bat Checkup?
We inspect the entire bat including the handle, shoulders, edges, face, toe, bindings and overall condition before recommending any repairs or maintenance.
