This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Orange Sports Shopify store at https://orangesports.com.au/. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

· All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
· Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
· During peak periods, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended

We currently ship to: - Australia-wide
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on: - Delivery location - Package weight and size - Selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

6. Delivery Issues
a) Delayed Deliveries
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur. Orange Sports is not responsible for delays caused by: - Courier or postal service disruptions - Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses - Natural events or circumstances beyond our control
b) Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
· Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
· Provide your order number and any supporting photos (if applicable)
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select or allow Authority to Leave, Orange Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
