1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

·         The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

·         The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

·         The item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

·         Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Please note: - Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer - Original shipping fees are non-refundable

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In these cases, Orange Sports will: - Cover return shipping costs - Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, as appropriate

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty:

·      Knocked in bats can not be returned, if not sure about bat, please ask for the bats to be sent without knocking in.

·      Items marked as final sale or clearance

·         Gift cards

·         Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care

4. How to Request a Return

All returns are managed through our Shopify order system to ensure faster processing and accurate tracking.

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1.    Email us at orangesportsaustralia@outlook.com with your Shopify order number and reason for return

2.    Our support team will provide return instructions

3.    Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable service

We recommend keeping your return tracking details until the process is complete.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

·         Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

·         Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

·         Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (subject to availability):

·         Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

·         Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return under this policy.
